Overview
Our refund and returns policy for all latex clothing lasts 30 days. This policy does not extend to custom-made or made-to-measure items. These garments are tailored to unique specifications and are, therefore, not eligible for returns or refunds. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We offer Free Alterations and Adjustments for for custom-made items.
Refunds
All Non UK returns MUST have “RETURNED GOODS – ZERO CUSTOMS VALUE” written on the outside of the packaging as duty and taxes are not applicable for returns.Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. It can take up to 7 days to appear back in your account,
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale/Auction items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale or auction items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
Require a Different Size:
1. Please return with a note giving us all details we could require. (Your Name, Address and Returned Item Size and details of the required replacement.
2. Please email us info@latexandlovers.co.uk to confirm details of the replacement before you return the item.
3. You are responsible for your the cost of your return postage but items posted out in exchange are posted out at no extra charge.
Shipping returns
Once you email us that you want to return your latex clothing, we will send you the return address,
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Shipping costs will only be refundable for damaged / incomplete items / Items with errors / not as described. Please email us in this instance for a free returns label (Requires a Printer)
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
