Latex rubber clothing

Where do we start? At the very beginning as Julie Andrews says...

The first time I wore rubber, I simply didn’t ‘get it’. I had been given a dress by a friend. A black, moulded rubber dress, around two sizes too small. I had no idea to use talc. It was a battle to get into, awful to look at and an even greater battle to get out of. It didn’t feel sexy, it flattered nothing.  I simply didn’t get the appeal….

The second time was a world away from that uncomfortable unflattering experience.  This time I was given a beautiful red and black handmade rubber Basque to try. Just looking at it was enough to realize that this was something completely different. This had shape, had a smell all of its own, begged to be worn and stroked. When on, it looked fantastic, smoothed the body, pushed up breasts, hugged curves. A wonder garment with a delicious kinky twist! – I was sold in an instant…and haven’t looked back. I fell in love with its flattery, the sheer scent of it and the utter confidence it bestowed on me.

Beautiful well made rubber clothes deserve the full glamour treatment. They are too special to simply wear alone. I like to accessorize, glamorize – the hair, the makeup, and the shoes. It’s the whole package of ultimate sexy decadence.

And with these special clothes comes the desire to show them off. Where else could I parade and share my lovely rubber outfits but a fetish ball? What I see there never ceases to amaze me. Latex in every colour,  a huge array of styles, men, women, transsexuals, transvestites, catsuits, corsets, Basques, skirts, short dresses, long dresses, hoods, masks, collars….you name it, its there and its latex..  It always makes me hungry for more, however large my collection, it is guaranteed I will see something else I have to own.

As good as a fetish party is for showing off rubber clothes, maybe the nicest part of that is getting ready beforehand. A slow, yet exciting ritual of dressing. These aren’t clothes you can just throw on at the last moment. Rubber takes time, care and preparation to wear. A warm bathtub, a thorough drying, laying my chosen outfit ready, checking seams, an even thorough application of a good rubber dressing aid, gently easing on the rubber garment, taking care not to yank or pull too hard. Zipping up, smoothing down, straightening, re positioning.  It’s a long process, but one worth doing carefully. Latex will last a long time if properly loved and cared for.

Latex empowers me, gives me confidence, excites me. It is more than just ‘clothes’.
