Exchange & Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your item or it is faulty you must
notify us via email or phone and return it to us within 7 days. You will then recieve a refund or replacement. Postage/shipping/packing
and insurance costs incurred by us are non-refundable.
When returning clothes from outside the European Union, please
specify on your custom declaration that the garments are being returned for repair or refund/exchange, otherwise duty may
be payable. Duty with wrong customs declarations will not be accepted by us and will be returned to the correspondent.
Additional Services
If you want to replace an old or damaged garment, you can bring/post
it to us and we can use it to create new one for you.
